RETURN AND REPLACEMENT

Domestic Returns (Poland)

● Returns are free of charge within Poland.

● To return a product purchased online, log in to your account, select the order, and follow the instructions in the return wizard, or start the return here.

● In-store purchases can be returned at any of our stores with proof of purchase.

● Returns are processed within 14 days from receipt of the product.

International Returns

● International customers also log in to their account and generate the return
themselves.

● The package must be sent at the customer’s expense to the following address:
Glaser Group, ul. Żurawia 2/44, 00-503 Warsaw, Poland

Product Exchanges

● Domestic returns can be exchanged for another product from our assortment.

● Exchange returns are processed as customer credit, which can be used for the next order.

Return Period
● Products can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
