Duration of order

Right away after placing the order you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the request and a link to click on. On an ongoing basis, via email, we inform you the order status.

TIME OF ORDER WITHIN POLAND

Depending on the chosen form of delivery (type of courier) - they range from 24 hours to 2 days.

DELIVERY ON WEEKDAYS

All orders placed in our store are processed on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Shipments are prepared by 14:00. Therefore, if you place an order for a model available in the shipping warehouse by 14:00 - the order will be sent on the same day. Detailed information is visible both on the product card and in the shopping cart.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF PL:

Shipping time depends on the availability of products and the delivery time depends on destination of delivery - country.

*Important:

We process orders on the same day, after prior confirmation, when the product you choose is available in stock in our warehouse ("Product Availability" - details below)..
Orders confirmed after 2 pm are performed at the next working day.
Orders placed on public holidays are implement at the first working day after the day off.
In the case of ordering accesories, if the product is not available at the moment in our warehouse, for shipment date should be added the time of delivery your product from overseas from the Producer.
Duration of order prescription glasses (frame + lenses) - ask Seller for details.
